Privacy and cookies
This notice covers the website gdprprompt.ai. How the service processes the data companies send through it is set out in the data processing agreement (in Slovenian).
Who is responsible
AA INNOVATIONS, varnostne tehnologije, d.o.o., Kersnikova ulica 1, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenija, is the controller for the data described here. Questions and requests: dpo@gdprprompt.ai.
The beta access form
When you request beta access we receive your company, your name, your work e-mail address, the number of employees and, if you write one, your message, plus the language of the page. We use them only to answer your request and to talk with you about access, as steps you asked for before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The request is stored on our servers in the EU and, if notifications are switched on, sent to our own mailbox. It is deleted automatically one year after you send it, or sooner if you ask.
Visiting the site
To deliver a page, our server has to process your IP address. We keep no access logs and do not record which pages you visit. To stop abuse, the number of requests per address is counted in memory for a minute and then discarded. The site loads nothing from other companies: no fonts, scripts, analytics or advertising.
Cookies and storage
The site sets no cookies. Two choices you make are remembered in your own browser (local storage) so you do not have to make them again: the language of the site and, on the API reference, the programming language of the examples. They never leave your device and you can clear them in your browser at any time. Because they only serve what you asked for, no consent is needed and there is no cookie banner.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of its processing, a copy in a portable form, and object to its processing, by writing to dpo@gdprprompt.ai. You may also complain to a data protection authority; in Slovenia that is the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, www.ip-rs.si).
